4.2.2.3   电机传动装置

传动装置必须与电机配套，整合有变向启动器和本地控制设施（除非另外附有数据说明，本地控制器包括按钮开关、指示器和远程指示终端连接装置）。所有的传动装置必须能够本地控制。

每个电机都能适应如下操作需要：

● 电闸的三次连续开关操作或连续三次15分钟操作，上述两种操作都是短期操作。
● 锁定转子方向的六次连续应用。

电机配有高温保护装置，至少提供一个温度传动装置或电机中每相线圈配有温敏电阻，线圈温度过高时停机。

电气特点需符合F级线圈绝缘和B级温度升高。

传动装置包括电机驱动器、减速齿轮、手轮、电子控制装置（包括扭矩开关、限制开关、连接端子等）并全部整合在一个封闭单元中。所有的MOV需经本地整合控制单元开启、停止和关闭并配有远程控制关闭锁定器。可以实现远程启动、停止和关闭电闸并指示转动方向。

需配有震动吹风装置，这样可以让电机在加负载之前达到最高转速。

传动装置需配有检相器来反相保护。

除了高温保护（温控器/RTI）电机还配有如下保护：

当试图卸下故障电闸时，停转时需能断电。停转保护是卖方标准，电子传动装置可配备联动装置实现停转保护。断电时间可调。

单相保护。

传动装置需配有单独的接线端子，这样电子部分在现场接线时保持封闭和非暴露状态。

电闸或传动装置上需配有本地可见的电闸杆移动指示器。
传动装置需配有两个10mm接地连接头用于连接到买方的地线桩上。
卖方需提供接线的插座和插头，这样连接线可连接到MOV传动装置上。
MOV的工作时间在数据表上列出，关闭时间不超过2分钟。
卖方在其标书中需列出电机的电力消耗。

Electric Motor Actuator
 
The actuator shall be supplied complete with the motor, integral reversing starter, local control facilities e.g. pushbuttons, indicators and terminals for remote indicating connections unless specified otherwise in the data sheets. All the actuators shall be locally operated.
Each motor shall be suitable for:
• Three (3) consecutive open-close operations of the valve or for continuous operation for 15 minutes, whichever is shorter time period.
• Six (6) consecutive applications of locked rotor current.
Motor shall be provided with high temperature protection by providing minimum one thermostat or resistance temperature (RTD) in motor winding per phase for tripping the motor in the event of high winding temperature.
The electric motor shall have Class F winding insulation and class B temperature rise.
The actuator shall consist of the electrical motor driver, reduction gearing, a handwheel, electrical control equipment including torque switches, limit switches, terminals etc. and furnished as a self contained totally enclosed unit. All MOV's shall be opened, stopped and closed by an integral local control unit with lockable remote-off-local switch. It shall be possible to remotely open, stop and close the valve to monitor the position of travel.
A hammer blow device shall be provided in each actuator to permit the motor to reach full speed before load is applied.
Actuator shall be provided with phase discriminator to protect against phase reversal.
In addition to high temperature protection (thermostats/RTDs) the motor shall be provided with the following protection:
The motor shall be de-energised in the event of stalling, when attempting to unseat a jammed valve. The stall protection shall be part of the SELLER standard configurable interlocks provided in the electric actuator. The time of de-energisation shall be adjustable.
•    Single phasing protection.
A separate terminal block shall be provided on the actuator so that electrical component shall remain sealed and non-exposed during site wiring.
Means shall be provided on the valve or actuator for visual local indication of valve stem travel.
The actuator shall be provided with two (2) nos. of 10 mm earthing studs for connection to BUYER'S earth grid.
SELLER shall provide cable glands and plugs for the cable connections on the MOV actuators.
The operating time of the MOVs is indicated in the data sheets and closure time shall not exceed two (2) minutes.
SELLER shall indicate motor power consumption in his bid.
 
 
Each actuator shall be provided with a dedicated integrally mounted local control unit.
The local control unit shall meet the hazardous area classification and ingress protection requirements specified in Section 4.1.
The local control unit shall be provided with space heater sized to prevent condensation. Minimum rating of space heater shall be 10 watts.
