2.0 设计标准
2.1  在以下气候条件下,阀门即可以在地面以上安装,也可以在地面以下安装。
  下层土壤(温度¬___1米深) :20-25℃
  环境条件(一般条件)  :干燥的农用地和沼泽地区。
  设计温度                      :(-)28℃到60℃(对于埋入部分而言)
         
(-)28℃到65℃(对于地上部分而言)

3.0  设计&施工
3.1  阀门应采用转轴式安装方式。阀体接合处不允许有螺纹。

a) 根据附录-1中提供的设计数据的规定,管道严禁用于输送不含H2S成分的酸性气体。
b) 管道将通向偏远的地区,需要承受恶劣环境条件的考验。因此,球心阀应选用免维护的阀门。
c) 阀门制造商应具备API 6D资质。
d) 选定的卖主应为准备详细的文件和程序,以便业主/咨询公司根据文件的要求进行审批和根据这些文件中给定的流体成分确认材料的可用性。
e) 法兰连接或对接焊接端阀门的额定压力温度值应满足ASME B16.34要求。
f) 除非另外说明,阀门应适合于在重新气化液化天然气输配系统中使用,并符合ASME B31.8的要求。
g) 阀门的设计应满足数据表的规定标准,并考虑温度范围和设计压力。
h) 焊接连接的阀门的壁厚应满足以下标准。

- 对接焊接连接管材料中允许的最大应力,不应大于钢材规格中保证的最低屈服强度的50%。

- 对接焊接端的最小壁厚应大于或等于最大口径对接焊接阀门计算的最小壁厚,或根据数据表的规定,大于或等于管道的额定壁厚。
- 阀门上应提供排气&排放管。

3.2 根据阀门数据表的规定,阀门应采用全径(FB)或缩径(RB)阀门。全径阀门的设计应能最大限度地降低座圈周围积聚碎屑的可能,以便保证阀门的运行不受阻

2.0 DESIGN DATA
2.1 Valves shall be installed either above or underground with the following climatic conditions.
Sub Soil (Temperature _1 m depth) 20-25°C
Ambient Condition. (General) Dry Agricultural lands and marsh
Areas.
Design temperature : (-) 28°C to 60°C (for buried portion)
(-) 28°C to 65°C (for above ground
portion)
3.0        DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
3.1 The valves shall be of trunnion mounted type. Valves body joints with threads are not
acceptable.
a) Pipelines are denied for transporting Sour Gas not containing H2S with a composition as per the Design Data provided in annexure-1.
b) The pipeline will be running in remote areas and subjected to severe environmental conditions. Hence the ball valves shall be free of any maintenance.
c) Valve manufacturer shall be qualified according to API 6D
d) The selected Vendor shall prepare detailed documentations and procedures, for the Owner / Consultant approval based upon the requirements of this document and shall verify the applicability of the materials specified in these documents with the given fluid composition.
e) The pressure temperature ratings of flanged or Butt welded end valves shall be as per
ASMEB16. 34.
f) Unless otherwise specified valves shall be suitable for use in re-gasified LNG transmission and distribution systems and shall be in accordance with AS ME B31.8.
g) The temperature range and design pressure to be considered for the design of valves shall be as per that given in the data sheet.
h)   The wall thickness of valve used for welding connection shali meet the following criteria.
The maximum allowable stress in the material of the butt-welded connection shall be not greater than 50% of the minimum yield strength guaranteed by the specification of that steel.
The minimum wall thickness for butt welding ends shall be greater than or equal to the largest valve of either the calculated minimum thickness of butt welding connection or nominal thickness of the pipe as per data sheet.
Valve shall be provided with vent & drain connection.
3.2 Valves shall be Full Bore (FB) or Reduced Bore (RB) as indicated in Valve Data Sheet.
Full bore valves shall be designed to minimize accumulation of debris in the seat ring
