5.3.2 The operator should pay attention to the operation position and the mode of handle operation when manual open or close the valve to avoid the serious disconformity of fluid flow distribution on the open and close member and a high closing torque may resulting from the pressure produced on the open and close member that will close the valve quickly with the handle suddenly rushing to the close position thereby hurting the operator.
5.3.3 The operation handle for manual operated valve is designed and produced according to the open and close torque required by the valve operation and the user should not increase the torque aidded by additional lever or through other tools.
