一、共同纲领

　1．操作者必须全面了解所使用设备的构造、性能及维护保养方法。

2．开动设备前应进行巡回检查和润滑，启动设备后，须打慢车，空运转，声温正常再操作。　

3．设备运转中，禁止与他人闲谈或欢闹；严禁擅离岗位，必须离开时，停车后才可离开岗位。

4．变速需停车(无级变速例外)，测量放空挡，换挂轮要关闭电门。

5．导轨面严禁摆放工夹量具。

6．保护好安全装置(如：防护罩、挡板、限位开关等)不得随意拆除或敲打，机床踏脚板要完整。

7．操作者应穿戴好一切防护用品，女同志要工作帽，高速切削时需戴防护眼镜，必要时应加挡板。

8．不许隔着运转物传递物体，不能用手去摸转动部分及直接用手去清除铁屑；操作机床严禁戴手套。

9．另件要紧固，装夹较重工夹具时，需加平衡铁。

10．合理选用切削量，严禁超负荷，超规格切削。

11．多人操作时，一人指挥，动作协调一致。

12．要经常保持设备及周围环境卫生，物体摆放规格化。

13．下班时，应将各手柄放在空挡位置，切断电源，认真做好交接班工作。

Technical Safety Operation Specification for Machining
I. General Guideline

1. The operator must get an overall idea of the structure, performance, maintenance and servicing methods of the equipment used.

2. Before starting the equipment, the operator shall have a patrol inspection and lubrication. After the equipment is started, run it slowly under idle operation and begin operation after it reaches normal temperature.

3. In the equipment operation, it is forbidden to chat or frolic with others; it is forbidden to leave the post without authorization. If necessary, the operator can only leave the post after shutting down the equipment.

4. Shut down the equipment upon speed change (except stepless speed changing). Measurement shall be made in the neutral position. Electric switch shall be closed upon changing the speed gear.

5. It is forbidden to place tools, clamps and measuring implements on the surface of rail.

6. Keep good protection of safety devices (such as: protective cover, baffle, limit switch, etc.), which cannot be removed or struck at will. The footstep of machine tool shall be kept intact.

7. The operator shall ware all protective articles. Women shall wear helmets. Protective goggles shall be worn upon high-speed cutting. Baffle shall be installed if necessary.

8. It is not allowed to pass articles over the rotating articles. The operator cannot feel the rotating part and remove chips directly using hand; it is forbidden to wear gloves upon operating the machine tool.

9. Parts shall be tightened. When heavy tools or clamps are clamped, balancing iron shall be added.

10. The cutting output shall be reasonably selected. It is forbidden to conduct cutting beyond loading capacity and specification.

11. Upon operation by many persons with one in command and under coordinated action.

12. The operator shall keep the sanitation of equipment and ambient environment. Articles shall be placed in order.

13. Upon leaving work, the operator shall put all handles at neutral position, cut off the power supply and carefully do well shift change.
