安装注意事项：Notes on Installation

安装前应对阻火器进行除污处理。

Before the installation, should make decontamination processing for the flame arresters.

呼吸阀应安装在储罐的空间最高点以降低物料蒸发损耗，以及便于获得最大，最直接的吸、排气

空间。

The respiration valve should be installed at the highest point of the storage tank to reduce

evaporation loss of material, as well as convenient to obtain the largest, the most directly venting

space.

对于立式罐，呼吸阀应尽量安装在罐项中央顶板范围内。

For the vertical tank, the respiration valve should be installed in the scope of central top plate of the

tank top.

当需要安装两个呼吸阀时两阀应以罐中心线对称分布。

When need to install two respiration valves, the two valves should be symmetrical distributed with the center line of the tank.

维护与保养：Maintenance

    为呼吸阀使用安全，应在3~6个月内定期将阻火层拆下，清洗干净，保证阻火层上每个孔畅通，防止堵塞，确保安全正常使用，对于变形或腐蚀的阻火芯层应更换。

     For the safe use of the respiration valve, should remove flame resistant layer regularly every three to six months, clean it, to guarantee each pore on the flame resistant layer is unblocked, prevent blocking, to guarantee the safe and normal use, for deformed or corroded flame resistant layer should be replaced.

       定期检查吸入、呼出阀盘动作是否灵活，导杆及阀盘接触密封面有无损坏，如有损坏应立即更换。

      Regularly check whether actions of inhalation, exhalation discs are flexible, and the sealing contact surface of leader and disc is damaged, if so, should be replaced immediately.

      在检查维护重新安装时，应保证阀内各接合面严密配合，阀盘升降灵活。

      When inspection, maintenance, re-installation, should guarantee each jointing surface in the valve closely cooperate, descending and ascending of the discs are flexible.

     新阀启用时，安装前应清除阀盘间防震物，否则呼吸阀将失灵。

      When the new valve is started, before the installation, should remove quakeproof matters between the discs, otherwise the respiration will malfunction.
