安装前请核对使用工况与阀门性能参数是否相符。
Before the installation, should check whether the actual operating conditions are consistent with the performance parameters of valves.
7.1．本阀可多方位安装（立式、卧式）且不受介质流向的限制可双向密封。但手柄或传动装置不能处在下方。
This valve may be installed in multi-direction (horizontally or vertically), and it is not limited by direction of medium, can be sealed in both directions, but handle or drive cannot be placed at the lower part.
7.2．阀门安装前请将管路彻底清洗干净，介质中不能含有颗粒或杂物。以免损伤阀门密封面。
Before installation should completed clean inner of the pipeline, particles or sundries are not allowed to be contained in the medium to avoid the damage of valve sealing surface.
7.3．安装时小心轻放，并且要清除连接法兰上的尖角、毛刺或焊渣等，避免损伤内衬胶。
When installation should be careful and remove the cutting edges, burrs or welding slags on the connecting flange, to avoid to damage the inner lining rubber.
7.4．管路在做强度试验时，蝶阀必须处于开启状态。
When the pipeline is making the intensity test, the butterfly valve must be in state of opening.
7.5．使用过程中如果出现开关力矩变大，形成的原因可能是蝶板和胶套间卡有异物，或是胶套已破损，此时应停车检查，不可强行开关。
In the process of use, if the switching torque increases, the reason might be there is foreign body between the butterfly plate and the rubber lining, or the rubber lining has been worn, at this time, should stop for inspection, cannot forced switch.
7.6．在维修拆卸阀门之前，必需确认管路内无压力，否则可能造成危害。
Before the repair or removal of valve, must confirm there is no pressure in the pipeline, otherwise may cause damage.
7.7．使用或维修过程中，在阀杆与手柄、齿盘或传动头等部件确认可靠连接前，阀门不能通入介质承压，否则可能使阀杆冲出，造成危险事故。
In the process of use and repair, before the confirmation of reliable connection of valve stem and handle, tooth disk or drive head and other parts, the valve can not access to medium to bear pressure, otherwise the valve stem may dash out, causes dangerous accidents.
