安装注意事项：Notes on Installation
4.1．电液推杆安装要有足够空间，环境温度10~60℃之间（高温环境要特别定货）。
The installation of electrohydraulic push rod should remain adequate space, the environmental temperature should be between 10 to 60 ° C (high temperature environment should order specially).
4.2．用户可根据窑需要配置行程开头。
Users can set the stroke beginning according to the needs of kiln.
4.3．电液推杆安装前先平放在地上，注入液压油（牌号HM，精度等级46-68）油位在观察口下缘，分体推杆油面应在离箱50mm以内。
Before the installation of electrohydraulic push rod should place it on the floor, injects hydraulic oil (Model No. HM, precision grade 46-68), the oil level should be lower than the edge of observation window, the oil surface of the separated push rod should be within 50mm distance from the tank.
4.4．安装时要试开机。When installation should test operation
a. 整体推杆，接上电源即可运行。
For the unitary push rod, can operate when switch on.
b. 分体推杆，接上电源让油缸在无负载情况下，往复动作数次使油缸和油管中空气排出、再带上负载。
For separated push rod, switch on, under no-load condition, the oil cylinder makes reciprocating movement for several times, to discharge air in the cylinder and oil pipeline, then adds load.
5.维 护：Maintenance
5.1．为保证高压油管的使用寿命，要用胶皮把油管固定好。
To guarantee the life of the high-pressure oil pipeline, should fix the oil pipeline with rubber.
5.2．使用液压油要定期过滤或更换，一年一次或根据实际工作自定周期。
The hydraulic oil should be filtered or replaced regularly, once a year or set cycle according to practical works.
5.3．长期困置不用，再投入使用前要对电机进行绝缘检查。
Do not use for long time, before reuse, should make the insulation inspection on the motor.
5.4．简易故障排除。Simple troubleshooting
a. 刚安装时不能动作、查电机未运行或油量不足。
When newly installed if cannot move, check whether the motor is running or the oil is enough.
b. 使用一段时间后不能运输和，拆下液控螺塞，清洗液控箱阀芯，更换液压油。
After use for a period, if cannot transport, remove the hydraulic controlled screw, clean the valve core of the hydraulic controlled tank, replace hydraulic oil.
c. 使用长时间后，推杆空载能够推拉，带负载不能推拉更换油缸内活塞上孔用密封件。
After use for a long period, the push rod can push and pull with no-load, cannot push and pull with load, replace the sealing piece used for the upper hole of piston in the oil cylinder.
d. 密封面渗漏，更换密封件。如活塞杆伸出处漏油，更换轴用密封件。
Leakage on sealing surface, replaces the sealing piece. If the protrusion of the piston rod leaks oil, replaces the shaft’s sealing piece.
