一．产品用途：
本多层次金属密封电动蝶阀可安装在工矿企业、市政、环保、船舶等行业输送流体、半流体的管路系统和压力容器上，作调节和截断之用。适用介质为为腐蚀性、非腐蚀性的气体、液体和半流体等，可作老管路系统维修、改造和配套阀门的换代产品。
二． 阀门的结构特点：
1．蝶板密封圈采用不锈钢板与非金属材料叠加而成，阀门关闭时密封副间形成多个环形线密封，从而实现零泄漏。阀体密封面堆焊合金钢，使用温度高。
2．阀门采用三偏心结构，密封面为斜锥面形式，阀杆扭矩产生密封力，关闭时越关越紧，密封可靠。无摩擦转动，避免擦伤，保护密封面，从而使用寿命更长。
3．有精确的同步指示机构，能在明显位置指示阀门的启闭状况，可调节也可切断。
4．蝶阀安装不同的电动装置，有开关型和调节型两类产品，并都附有手动机构，可现场操作，也可远距离操作；可单台控制，也可多台集中控制。
I. Product Use:
This valve may be installed on the fluid or semi-fluid pipe system and pressure vessel of industrial and mining enterprises, municipal, environment protection, ship and other sectors for regulation and cutoff. Applicable media consist of corrosive or non-corrosive gas, liquid and semi-fluid, etc. It may be used for maintenance or renovation of old pipe systems and for replacing the mating valves.
II. Structural Features:
1. The butterfly plate seal ring is made of stacked stainless steel sheet and non-metal material. Multiple ring line seals form between seal pair upon valve closing, thus fulfilling zero leakage. The valve body sealing surface is applied with build-up welding of alloy steel with high operating temperature.
2. The valve adopts three-eccentric structure. The sealing surface is of oblique cone form. The valve stem torque generates the sealing force so that the valve is closed tightly, revealing reliable seal. None-friction turning is to avoid scratching and protect sealing surface, thus fulfilling long use life.
3. The precise synchronization indication mechanism can indicate the valve opening or closing conditions at apparent position for the purpose of adjustment or cutoff.
4. The butterfly valve is installed with different electric devices, consisting of switch type and adjusting type, both equipped with manual mechanism for on-site or remote operation; and both single control and multi-valve central control can be provided.
